 Stereo Lab Service, Inc. was created in August, 1995 when Stereo Lab, a Columbus Ohio retailer of Hi - Fi equipment went out of business. Three previous Stereo Lab service department employees purchased test equipment, repair manuals and the parts inventory from Stereo Lab and started a service only business:

The three of us enjoy music and electronics. Some of us are less enthusiastic about the digital format than others. Some of us still feel that analog ( LP records and tape ) may be superior in sound quality. We don't all share the exact opinions about digital audio but we all enjoy being part of breathing new life into audio equipment.
We have over 75 years of combined experience between us. We enjoy what we do and look forward to being of service to you. We also run Columbus Speaker Company which re-cones and re-edges loudspeakers as well as performing crossover repairs and tweeter diaphragm replacements.
