SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
When shipping equipment for repair, be sure to pack the equipment carefully with plenty of packing material. Double box the equipment with cushioning material between the cartons. Please include a note stating the problems you are experiencing with the equipment, your name, address and telephone numbers.
Deposits: We ask that you send a $65 payment with the equipment that will cover our initial evaluation and approximate return shipping/equipment disposal charge. Typically, a repair might cost $150 plus shipping. Some repairs may cost more depending on what parts and labor are required.
Please call before shipping equipment to verify that we are able to provide the service that you request.
You may print and fill out the service form and include it with your shippment.
